Ever finished a client meeting then suddenly thought of something you should have said? Or perhaps you’ve listened back to a recording of a meeting and realised you missed something important. Even worse, a compliance person tells you many months later. 

 

With FinTalkrTM, you can tackle this head-on and give yourself a better chance of complying in the meeting.

 

FinTalkrTM is a conversational driven AI platform specifically designed for financial advisers to transcribe your client meetings in real-time and produce a detailed file note by advice topic that meets your standards.

 

As our Compliance Assistant is designed to listen for words and phrases used by advisers, FinTalkrTM's Generative AI has been trained to listen for disclaimers required by ASIC. Some advisory firms have gone further, and included other standard phrases they want advisers to say to their clients. FinTalkrTM automatically ticks-off these ASIC disclaimers and internal phrases in real-time as you say them. It even tells you how well they were said, giving you an opportunity to clarify with the client before the meeting ends.

 

For example, if you say: 

 

- ‘This is general advice,’ you might get a low score, with a red cross in the Compliance Assistant
- ‘This advice is general in nature,’ might get a medium score, with an amber tick
- ‘This advice is general in nature and doesn’t take your personal circumstances into account,’ might be a high score, with a green tick

 

If you’re focussing on the client and not looking at the screen in the meeting, no problem. A summary of disclaimers you said and didn’t say is always on screen and given to you again when you end the meeting. One glance at any time during the meeting or at the end gives you the opportunity to mention something important you forgot to say earlier.
